Did you follow the notes that make sure you have battery charger hooked up? Yourncar ran out of battery juice. If you have a car battery charger hook it up. If not use another car as if your jump starting it and let it hooked up until the flash is done. Dont freak out. Mhd flash is pretty safe.

From what I've read, the cables from Amazon are only hit or miss -- that is, they either connect and work, or they don't. I've not read of any that connect and then fail. Someone mentioned their OTG cable only had intermittent connections before they replaced it, though. If you want to make sure it's not the DCAN cable, the bimmer software . com cable is the cheapest one ($40) that is essentially guaranteed to work.

The only time I got all Fs was when I didn't have a charger connected while flashing. Once I connected a charger and set it for 10 amps, I was able to flash to stock and then flash to a map. I wouldn't rely upon a battery with a full charge; I will only flash with a charger connected.

Disc not needed. Go into settings, apps and find MHD app. Force close, clear cache and data and try again. My cheap OTG connector is finicky so don't move it or the phone during the process in case it's like mine. If that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the app and try again. Make sure the battery is charged and battery charger connected while u attempt. Your dme might have gone into recovery mod. With the BB flash you could force a write and bring it out. Not sure what to do when it happens with MHD.
