Quick help! Is CG 5050 supposed to look like this?

I just popped this guy open after doing 2 coats of Jetseal, but I'm not sure if this is supposed to look like this or not. Sorry I'm a n00b. Is it supposed to be solidified like this or should it be like normal paste?

Thanks for any quick replies!
