IMC automotive on Shumaker Dr. Hugo has been doing most of the Houston Dealer German car alloys for the last 10 years. Place isn't much to look at, but he's consistent

They refinished 4 of my old rims before for around $100-120 each. I also had two bends fixed on my other rims. The service has been top notch every time I've been.

There is a guy on facebook that I found through the Houston BMW Club Facebook page. Search for Houston BMW Coding or https://www.facebook.com/*******************. He's down in your area. I'm in Spring and haven't had a chance to go down there yet. He's pretty quick to answer facebook messages.

+1 that's Chris, he coded my 2012 E92 with with all kinda stuff. He can also code out any errors and even increase your angel eyes output...!!! He does things quick and charges very reasonably.

I just want to take a moment to give big thumbs up to SA John Swann at momentum BMW West. Brought my car in because the CPO warranty expires in a month, and thought i would see what I could get taken care of. Without even mentioning that he started looking over the car and anything the warranty covered, he put on the work order! Great guy and great experience. Saved me a ton of money/my own time working on the car. Much better than any other BMW dealer in the Houston area that I have dealt with in the past.

I've seen a lot of recommendations for Rapid Body Works in Spring - North Houston. When I called they answered the phone Caliber Collision and I was put on hold and never helped. I called back twice and same thing. I googled Rapid Body Works and it looks like they merged with Caliber Collision. Has anyone used Rapid Body Works since it became Caliber? So far, I'm not impressed and I'm in need of a body shop in Houston or Spring area. Thanks.

Caliber Collision bought out (or merge per se) with Hanley Bros and Rapids here in the Houston area. There's rumors speculating also about Metro being next. The clientele used to be all 'luxury' line cars, but w/ this business change, you can see even on the 'showcase' floor, it's applicable to all makes/models now.

Much of this change also led to major layoffs via folks being screened/background check/etc. So they lost key players that did an awesome job before.

I'm a bit skeptical as well about going back to Hanley Bros now. I may end up just going to Metro then.

I have a friend who is a bit clueless about cars and would like to send him to someone close by that is solid. He was quoted $3000 by BMW West Houston which is pretty ridiculous so Im sure anyone can beat that.

Im from SoCal so I don't have any clue where any of these shops are located so Im hoping you guys can direct me here.

I am also in need of an oil pan gasket replacement and oil filter gasket replacement. Dealer quoted me $1415 and $851 respectively. Forget that!

Anybody with indy experience specific to these two gaskets? Thanks.

Never heard of Heights Auto. Check out Alex Knoll at ABR in Spring. He can definitely do much better than that. BMW's are his thing and especially the N54.
