Eibach Pro Kit Sprigs

**SPRINGS!**

I'm thinking of giving the supsension a freshen up..

Considering Eibach Pro and Bilstein B4's as seem to have good reviews for ride comfort and improved handling without breaking the bank..

I've found that in the UK the Eibach Springs are £168 Inc Vat and Postage, but direct from Germany I can get a set for £140 Inclusive. The part numbers are the same - are they different in anyway? I.e. different handing for RHD and LHD cars?!

vs

Pity the Bilstein Shocks arent cheaper there too. Best Price I found is £266:

They are exactly the same as far as I'm aware. Ordered mine from Germany too and got quite a saving

Good to know.

I always thought springs were handed left and right. Maybe the Beemer 50:50 weight distribution is more than just marketing BS!

Good choice i have the eibachs and bilstein B4S dampers defentialy improves the ride. Also would recommend changing the dump-stops while you have everything stripped. I went for the z4 and e46 shortened bumpstops.

Do these bump stops lower the car over the standard ones? I've got a Bilstein B12 kit and find the rear a touch high!

No mate unfortunately they wont lower the car any more .When I was changing my suspension i was going to go for the b12 kit was put off because i read a few reports were people reported the cars ended up sitting to high with the b12 kit. Just wondering do they ever get the eibach springs mixed up eg maybe supplying e93 springs or something.

The front is perfect but the rear is about 5-8mm too high for my liking

It may be worthwhile seeing if there any part numbers on the rear springs and doing a bit of cross referencing to see if they are correct springs.
