Halogen to Xenon LCI with EURO lights

Hey guys, I have a 2011 e90 with stock halogen lights with yellow bulb turn signals. I am purchasing Lci euro adaptive headlights this weekend. I've done extensive research on the conversion and know what i'm getting into. The problem I am is having is the lights that I am purchasing are coming from a pre-lci car. I understand that there are wiring changes to make them fit on the pre-lci. But does anyone know is there anything I would need to do to put the Euro lci's back onto a LCI car?
I understand that i would need to code the xenons to my fmr module and the adaptives will not work without the sensors that mount to the control arms.

Basically, LCI Euros are on a pre-lci that are coming off and going back onto a LCI. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

or i can skip the whole thing and buy springs and shocks

After further research i'm assuming the plugs are going to be the same and correct me if im wrong but should fit right into place. Once the coding is done i should have no problems? Any ideas on getting ahold of the adaptive modules?

the wiring is untouched on the euro lci xenons...the turn signals, high beams all work perfectly! The low beams, angel eyes and the euro side leds aren't working...I know i found the pins before through google search for e90 but can't seem to pull it up again...if someone that has done the conversion can help me out? i have the car pulled apart at the moment.

I have done the same conversion with euro xenon from halogen on same model. But, I had the non-adaptive, so I cannot tell you much about that error. Maybe scrub some old threads or check ********* forum.

As for the parking light codes, it could be cold or warm bulb checks. The cold checks in your NFRM start with kaltue_ , the warm checks start with warmue_

Below is what was in my NFRM. I believe these are the cold bulb checks for parking lights. recommend you make sure both are nicht_activ.

KALTUE_SL_1_M1_14_M2_41
KALTUE_SL_2_M1_16_M1_18

if that doesn't work, try the warm checks.

WARMUE_SL_1_M1_14_M2_41
WARMUE_SL_2_M1_16_M1_18

good luck!

Will do...I think the adaptive error is because of the addition of $524 to the vo. I would have to remove that and re-try the warm cold checks. I'll have to hit up jgmods again and see if he can help me out. Replacement cable is taking too long to get here! Lol.
Thank you for all your help!

I'm working on the same conversion now. I've got Non AHL bi xenon's. My question is the wiring. Jump p5 to p6, and p2 to p4 correct? Plus coding the NFRM and should be good. Or are the LCI vehicles wired differently? I've read though several posts, but there are so many people jumping in with other questions, and answers to other questions I just got confused.

you should be good with those pins.
i cut the wires inside the headlights and didn't wire the highbeams because the hids are really bright lol i guess i can always do it on the car harness if i can figure out how to take the pins out.

Thanks for the clarification. That's what I'll do. I've got a whole extra wiring harness from a front clip here so I can experiment with it.

Thanks,
Mario

Don't cut any wires if you want to do it the right way. Here is the harness you need.

The wiring harness is still the same. The only difference is lci xenons have an extra wire for the 3 LEDs in the corner. You also need an frm2 or frm3.
