I just bought and installed a used jb4. Does it retain the previous owners settings? If yes, how do i reset it? Dont have usb at the moment. On order.

My car is basically stock with just afe dci. Looking at cp n bov soon.

When you get the USB cable, there is a setting in the file menu of the JB4 app to reset defaults.

However, I'm not sure if settings are saved or not.

Yes they are saved. Is leave it in map 1 or 5. Settings won't matter in this maps since one is safe for stock cars and 5 adapts
