BMW Canada contact
Hi, I am having issues with my 2011 335d that the dealer is not helping. I am trying to get a contact for someone at BMW canada that can help. Someone like an engine engineer or software engineer. The 1800 people say that they do not have technical experience
Please help |

I'm just curious as for what exactly are you trying to find out ?
Fueling ? Injectors ? Specs ? Problems ? Fuel economy ? Programming ? Tuning ? |

That is a tough issue.
From what I know No mechanic will try resolve any of your problems, unless you will get CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. This is Canada, and fuel economy is still not a priority. Anywhere in Europe it would be addressed promptly, here not so much. One thing to check is ) since I'm a diesel driver would be, if the exhaust of you car ( exhaust tip ) is clear ( on the inside ) or it has a bit of black sooth. If it has it, then one of your NOX sensors is out of calibration, ot EGT sensor. Another thing could be your Thermostat, I know sounds funny, but your check engine will come up with that, dealer will not anything about it, why ? cause they will not be reimbursed for work that did " not have to be done " There is so many variables that it would be difficult to diagnose it, just like that. But.... there are independent shops out there that will be able to help you with you problem. Yes it will cost you out of the pocket, but may be this is your ticket. I have personally installed a european map for my GL320 CDI in the past, with great success. I still have the shops name here locally in Oakville. |

Than you for your message however since the car has only 34000km and is still under warranty I am willing to go to the end. Now if BMW Canada is not doing anything I will take them to court for having damaged my property with their update.
I might be a bit frustrated also as you can see but still this is unacceptable. I can tell you that I get better service for my Ford |
