Forgot to move my jb4 to stock mode
Just dropped the car at the dealer and forgot to move the jb4 to stock mode. Will they have trouble trying to read anything? It went I. For a sunroof problem.

As far as im concerned, they only check what you tell them to check. So they'll just verify the SUNROOF open and closing operations.

I'm not worried about them knowing it is there, not trying to hide anything(meth pump and lines are out in the open) just don't want to hinder the work I'm paying them for.

True, but I think they will have a problem reading error codes. I haven't ran jb4 in a minute, but believe unless you're in bypass mode, you can't connect to the obII port without an error. My bt tool would fail everytime

Yep, my Autologic also has trouble connecting and reading data, but only with the engine RUNNING, when a Procede is in anything but Map 0. If the ignition is ON but the engine is not running it typically reads all the modules just fine.

JB4 will not read in any map besides map 0 with autologic and GT2, I've forgotten to do it a couple times at my indy shop.

yeah, got to set to map 0 for JB4 if they are trying to read DME codes. I have had my indy shop tell me that they can't reset the steering angle sensor because of the tune.
Just call the tech and tell them how to set to zero

It depends on the dealer and SA, but most likely they'll just fix the sunroof and be done with it.
Was your sunroof not opening/closing in the proper position? If so, you can just press and hold the tilt button for 30 seconds to a minute and the sunroof will go thru it's resetting process.
