ok guys, I am deff thinking about moving I would get year round use of the Ducati and the BMW...but what are the housing cost and what would I need to earn to be comfortable down there im in boston now! just a though please give me some sound advice!!

Prices are all at all time low's down here. The market is horrible, if you look hard enough you should be able to find a great deal.

ok i was born and raised in Long Island New York... i've Been living here for about 2 Years now... and It was the best move....
the roads down here are absolutely AMAZING for driving, the women are beautiful (met my wifey down here) and its much easier to live here financially than it is in Boston
or anywhere in the North east

if you can make it there, you're going to be very fine here in the south.

same exact thing.. born and raised in LI.. but i have been in fla for a bunch of years now.. no more cold weather so its MUCH better

it really depends on where your moving, but the cost of here compared to living in NY, or probably in boston is MUCCCHHHHH lower.... when i first moved here, my buddies house on LI (which was not that nice at all) was probably valued at about 400k.. for 400k in fla at the time you could live in a BEAUTIFUL house!

i pay like 750/mo for a 1 bedroom apt right now.. in a pretty nice area in orlando.

myself, my brother, my cousin... and my bosses are all from Long island ( one boss from Belmont, the other from Farmingdale) all have moved here with similar success stories and stories that will make you want to move bro lol

i haevent met one person that regrets moving

my only regret was leving some dear people behind but besides that the weather, the roads, the scenery, the work schedule (EVERYTHING IS LIKE ON SLOMO HERE...)

everything is just better

It depends on where in Florida you are looking at the lifestyle you live. Living in Miami is very different than living in Gainesville. What do you mean by decent apt? Do you like tall new condos? Do you care about amenities? Do you want to be away from the city?

my mom is a realtor im sure she can help you find a nice house if your really thinking about moving here and want to start looking for houses PM and the life style over here is awesome
