I worked with Cedric Tong, I know for a fact it was around 650-750ish I need to find my paperwork to confirm though.

$70 for the media blasting kit, $25 in Walnut shells, $35 in the cheap Harbor Freight blaster kit. You should already own an air compressor and shop vac and the basic tools necessary to perform the job.

just had mine done at German Auto Group
located in Alexandria Va. (703-370-2200)
Intake Manifold and Throttle body gaskets replaced, throttle body cleaning
intake manifold runners cleaned with fresh oil service. the car felt it gained another 30hp

offered me to watch the procedure. no high pressure upsell, not like the dealer
