This is not really a muffler delete, right? What do you think about doing something similar to this to a 335?

I think it's more like a resonator delete!

335IS exhaust is kinda like that. I've never seen insides of stock 335 muffler or IS, I just know that after I put on IS exhaust the sounds puts down even Akrapovic

IS exhaust is just the BMW performance but but has the 'resonator flap' or whatever it is installed, where the performance does not, if I am not mistaken. I have BMW perf on my car and I have heard the IS, they sound the same IMO. So, Im VERY happy with mine. I love the looks on peoples faces when I gun it right next to them.

EDIT

After watching your video, that is why I wont put DP's on my car. My exhaust sounds perfect to me as it is. Yours sounds good but I hear a bit of rasp in the higher revs, something I personally do not like, but to each their own.

Sid, again, great choice man. That sounds so damn good.

My neighbor has an IS. His doesn't sound anything like yours, David. At least I don't think it does.

I already forgot what David's exhaust sounds like. But, I will never forget Faraz's AMS exhaust. I would say that Sid's sounds pretty similar.

As in mine is louder or quieter? I know I love exactly how mine sounds so that is all that matters to me. Zero drone and no noise at cruising but when I punch it, you KNOW something has been done

Thats actually what I thought too. From what I could tell, the system looked the same except the IS has the flapper valve still attached where mine has it deleted.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am loving my new exhaust sound! I didnt think it would sound as different as it does. My gas mileage is really suffering because I keep wanting to hear the exhaust so I have been a little heavy on the throttle. I haven't even been bumping my music crazy loud like I normally do lol.
