I bought (yesterday) Poorboy's Wheel Sealant, Poorboy's Leatherstuff, Autofinesse Spritz and the Werkstat Acryllic Kit as well as the the 2012 Updated Satnav Disc yesterday which all arrived today. If this counts, my upgraded iPhone also came through the post today! So many packages I felt like a kid!!
Expecting my Hertz HDP4 Amp to also come through at 6pm tonight |

I'll let the pictures tell the story....
(On Sunday): (Courtesy Car): (Today): Got the new tyre on earlier today! Apparantley you can do 30miles once you've punctured your run flats ... I probably managed 5. BMW recovery were excellent. Recovery to home. Courtesy Car. Recovery to tyre place. Excellent customer service. |

Got pissed off with it.
Cracked rear alloy and BMW are being morons. Why does everything always have to be so difficult with BMW? You pay through the nose for everything for these cars and are rewarded with **** customer service and a company who specialise in denying responsibility for everything. |

I have had no dealings with them but what you just posted sums up my thoughts exactly.
