extended 100,000 warranty for 335i

Bought a 07 335i and a BMW 100,000 mile warranty. Now they are saying the warranty for the car doesn't exists and they want to refund my money! I'm thinking they just gave me too good of a deal on the warranty and now they are freaking.. Paid $2050.00 for the 100,000 mile warranty.

Interesting. I wonder why they are recanting. If you have it in writing, I don't know that they can just do that without giving you some benefit, especially if having that extra warranty went into your purchase decision.

Not to screw them, but I'd want more than just my money back. Maybe they can make you an especially sweet deal for your inconvenience.

$2000 is a lot of money. I wonder why they think that's a bad deal heh.

Does this warranty cover the same stuff as the standard 4 yr / 50K miles warranty, like a CPO at 6 yr / 100K? Cos I remember asking a CA and they said purchasing extra warranty to 100K didn't cover exactly the same stuff as the standard (ie. any car probs) just the oil changes, wipers, etc. When I heard that, it didn't seem worth the extra $$$...

No their were two packages. The extended warranty and the extended maintance. The maintance is stuff like oil changes break pads.... The warranty covers the turbos and things like that. And yea.... I wanted the warranty... I don't want to be selling my body parts on ebay to pay for repairs. Did anyone get the extended warranty.. If so how much was it?

Ah ok, yea that's what the CA told me about, the extended maintenance... not sure about warranty being available though that'd be nice. From what I recall of the discussion with the CA about the ext. maint., it's something you could always go back and sign up for as long as the car's under warranty
