E90 drive belt kit

The drive belt kit at FCP says that it is OE equipment.

Is this really the case? The belt is Continental and the rest is made by INA. Did the car come with these parts?

I'm not a fan of that tensioner. I replaced mine last year and it seems to have a lot of play... Maybe it's fine, but I suspect there should be no movement on the tensioner.
