E90 335i 2009

I have the key remote for the car but it wasn't working so I put a new battery in it and still doesn't work the key will start the car but I have to open the doors and trunk manually does anyone know how to reprogram it or does anyone know if that's the problem

Do you have comfort access? I think the battery is just for comfort access. There's also a rechargeable battery inside the fob that is charged when the key is in the ignition.

Drive with the key in the ignition for a while and see if that brings it back.

Does your central locking system work regardless? I mean, can you unlock and lock all doors inside the car with the car button?
Does the problem happen wit all keys?
Do you find the radio does not tune as before?
If yes, at least to the firs two questions:
I had the same problem and the culprit is the diversity amplifier, located near the shark fin in my case (E91). A lot of cars have moisture problems in this little amplifier and substituting it solves the problem.
Some guys were able to revive the part after a cleanup of rusted bits.
Try to find a similar car in a junkyard or search for the correct part and try to find it on ebay.
If you get the right part (try to find one that looks like yours or search for the correct part number) it is an easy fix.
