No he pretty much wasted 3 grand. :/

Kinda funny because what you said made me think about what I pay for my health insurance...it's a waste if I don't get hurt and use it.

How many 335's are in this 100k club? I would be surprised if the answer is more than 5. I'm at 61k myself and I picked up my car on 2/22/07.

definitions of wasted:

- not exploited or taken advantage of
- useless or unprofitable

if you took the gamble and paid more for a warranty that you didnt end up needing, what else would you call it other then wasted?

have any 335i owners hit 100k yet? Seems most 335i owners get rid of theirs before 60k lol.

unless then the car goes to the junkyard, someone else then then keeps driving up the mileage

when I was looking for my e92, I came across a few 335is with 80K+ advertised on ebay

Ok, but how many 335's with the HPFP and turbo issues are going to be able to hit 100,000 miles, that's what I'd like to know. I've had multiple repairs on my 535 and thankfully it's still been under warranty. And I'm just at 26,000 miles!!!

80k on my e90 330i and no problems whatsover. Changed my shocks springs over to a eibach/koni fsd setup just for kicks, and had to replace rotors 2 weeks ago. But other than that no problems at all with my car. Still runs great!

75k on my e90 and i didnt get extended warranty, but so far, the only issues have been an oil leak which a new gasket and elbow grease with my dad fixed, a couple of worn bushings that we replaced, and a headlight which was pricey
but overall, I am very happy with the car and it has proven to be very reliable

There are at least 2 members on here with 335's that are over 100k. They had minor repairs and maintenance, nothing major if I recall correctly.

I want to build a list to attack my CA with next visit so I can get everything possible inspected before I roll over 100,000 and say goodbye to my extended warranty (dealer frefers to it as CPO warranty even though I have driven car from new)

I've passed 180,000km on my '06 330i, so over 112,000 miles.

Car's been fairly bullet proof... no major defects under warranty. Out of warranty, I've had to change one door lock actuator, and the water pump died last month - about a $1000 repair, including a new reservoir tank.

Car still looks great, drives great... a bit of interior trim and leather wear, but nothing more.
