You could cut the center of the bumper, and there are 2 screw holes to hold the screws in, the rest could be double stick-tapped, as many do with diffusers, as I did on my own.

Real simple install, there are a few DIY's that could be found... if there are any current people who own this diffuser installed, and could share.. please do!
