Yeah im using rainmeter and rocketdock. Rocketdock has the frost icon skins and has a stack docklet (Makes that file pop down and curve like it is

)

Feel free to copy my setup or make your own. Rainmeter has a good amount of stuff built into it like weather, cpu meters and other cool stuff.

Ps. might take some time to setup for first time users.

JROCK, there's an easier way instead of taking a picture of your desktop

PrintScreen, Start -> Microsoft Paint -> Ctrl-V => Save as...
