If it wasn't for my 60's, I'd be afraid to see what I'd run.

I have to post some logs, I had throttle closure a few times where it would just cutout and yes I had traction control off.
109 sounds right for a FBO only car even on an xi. You should trap 115 or so on meth if everything is dialed in.

Yea those things are pretty quick though. The torque they put out with just that JBD is crazy.

Hahaha that could work but i think i may just wait until i do at least one or two more mods.

And OP, just race him. If you lose, you lose. What's the big deal? when you get more mods you can see how much they helped.

True, I may but we'll see. We were maybe going to do it this Saturday on my way to get tints but idk if he's still coming. My car's still being serviced right now so it also depends how soon i get it back. I'm hoping it's done soon so i can get the JB4 put back in though

The logs show a lot. You're flatlining timing, your trims are tapping out at times and you're running more boost than you should.

You sure your meth is running properly? Also raise fuel pressure. Why is Shiv not helping you?

I was running 50/50 e85 on this log and meth. I also had OL fueling set to 100% so not much more I can change.

I think the meth was intermittent at times but I'm still not sure why there was throttle closure. As for timing flatlining I'm still not sure why that happens in certain gears.

Been there, done that. I think your meth is taking a dump. There is no reason for your trims to be tapped out like that on stock turbos unless it was. Rev 2.5? PWM meth?

Yup, my trims always get maxed out even at 16psi w/o meth on e85. I am pretty sure as my speeds get higher that this is the reason for my weak trap times and 1/4 speeds.

Rev 2.5 and PWM meth? I need to know this.

Try 93 octane with meth and ensure its running properly first. E85 requires that the fuel system works harder to achieve the desired result.

Put race gas (ms109) if you run with c63. I think is your only chance...

Ya 2.5 and meth.

I have done plenty without e85 and 93 only with meth and 93 only without meth.. I pretty much get the same looking logs just lower boost. Flat lining and maxing out fuel trims.

Been told this happens with 6at.

I don't think you'll lose at all. I'm gonna bet it'll be close...

Just make sure you catch him while you're in 2nd and at about 3.5k rpm.

If you lose...meh w/e.....great exp.

OP : you definitely need meth to pass a c63 with an xi n54.
Just raced one, totally stock, 2011 c63 amg sedan. I'm FBO + meth, was running 91 octane + boost juice, 40 additive. From 60 to 140ish mph, I was about 1/4 to 1/2 car lengh in front of him, really not that much. Tried about 6-7 times, results were all the same. Those cars are just highway beasts. XI is not made for rolls, but needless to say I was really happy with the results. From a dig, I'd definitely be in front of it.
Also, my XI is MT, while c63 is automatic with freaking fast gear changes.
Long story short, c63 is a fast car.
Cheers
