Still deciding on:

- Alpine White on Black / Alpine White on Saddle / Graphite on Saddle / Other?

- Itinerary (it looks like I'll probably be going solo )

Anyone else there at that time?

Just signed the PO today. Settled on Alpine White on Black. I think I liked the Saddle but only on a darker color car and the darker color cars didn't do it for me like good 'ole - tried and true - Alpine White.

Now on to interinary...

How did you get an early June production date? I live here in Germany and I placed my order on the 18th but today they told me I cant get my 335i Coupe till July.

WTF - I was told that I could get the car NLT mid june when I bought it since I have to fly back to the states in late June.

Edit - I signed my PO on the 18th so what in heck is going on? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

^^ Not sure, I originally contacted a CA about this a few weeks prior to signing the PO and he had the pickup date within a few days of initial contact. I think that was about 2 weeks ago. I was expecting a 3 month wait, so I'm just as shocked as you.

Makes me feel better, as I am a little reserved about this aspect of the trip.

I'm not an overly outgoing person but I don't lurk in the shadows either. Hopefully I can stand being by myself for a few days. Heck, maybe I'll come out of my shell and meet some people. Who knows?

I was able to make my order and have my pickup date set to within 3 weeks. Dealer knows one of the heads of production over there and pulled a few strings...
