Question Maintenance contract expires 7/11. Should I have anything done?

Recently bought my '07 335xi (CPO). It's at 42k miles & the original maintenance agreement expires in July.

Just wondering if there are any things that I should have done before it expires.

BMW will only do maintenance that's due or a problems with the car currently. I took my car in to have the brake squeal coming from the brakes checked about 1 week before my warranty expired and all they told me was they took the car for a quick spin and didn't notice any brake squeals. I also asked if they could change my wiper blades...they wouldn't change it and said it was changed last Oct 2010. You can try bringing your car to an Independent BMW garage and have it checked for any problems at your own cost..and you can have the dealer fix the problems found under warranty. Otherwise, BMW will not lift a finger if no problems are found even though your car is still under warranty for another 2 months.

Thankfully all brakes and front rotors were gone only 2 month before my warranty vanishes...

you could pay for them to inspect it..so they're forced to look for problems and fix em if they come up.

all maintenances items are on dashboard or navi screen. i dont see any reason to pay someone when your car does it for free.

Yeah, the warranty is not for maintenance. Hence the inspection to determine if anything else needs work prior to warranty expiration.

Garage List
2008 BMW 335i  [10.00]
if the brakes are squealing (which happens with <10k life left on them in my experience) get them changed.
i went in for brake squeal in the back (according to idrive, the had 11k left) and now they're readign 38k left and 30k in the front.
considering my low mileage in the next years, all is well.
also, if its been a year since the last oil change, get that done too.
my yearly oil change is a month before my maint. ends

find a nice dealership and service advisor... I got new front and rear brakes, new spark plugs, new filter, new oil, wipers, and did some recalls...
