Akebono Or EBC Brake Pads?
my mom's 2008 acura rdx brakes are really fading already at 35k miles and you can feel the drag when comming to a stop from like 60mph.
the oem ones are akebono but i see that EBC also has brake pads for the car so which is better? note this is not for my bmw but for a acura rdx. if ebc pads are way better then the akebono i will hop on them but if not might as well stick with the oem akebonos... i know there are some brake gurus here so chime in please

35k miles isnt too bad for a set of pads, but I think you may see better results from EBC, all depends on how you drive. EBC makes gr8 pads but so does Akebono.

I vote Akebono. I am very happy with their euro ceramic pads.
