Transmission fluid

Hey everyone,
2007 / 335i (twin turbo) / 160k / California car

This car has the ZF 6HP transmission and I have started feeling light jerkiness (seems it might be skipping a gear) when driving but there aren't any dashboard transmission malfunction lights.

So i want to start with the following:
1. What the best transmission fluid this car will take (doesn't have to be OEM)?
2. How often should the transmission fluid be flushed?

Liqui Moly from FCP Euro.

Its not a flush. Just drop pan and fill. Pan has filter built in. Gonna need a new pan.
