UPDATE

I got my cable in the mail.

Remove the ashtray from your trim and pull off this harness.

Splice the brown wire and red/black wire. Brown = Ground Red/Black = Power

the fuse is further in the power line.

edit- i also clipped the RCA cables because i was not using them and due to the extremely small space under the AC controller.

i bought it off ebay. it works with my 3gs and can imagine the same for a 4 since there isnt a difference.
