I tried calling today--no answer.

We are back up with internet service after ten days without- our server is up again. We were open on Saturday thanks to power being restored.

1 - While an insurance company may discuss the benefits of its direct repair program, it cannot make you choose its auto repair shop. That choice is yours.

2 - An insurance company cannot tell you to go to its shop to get your damaged car inspected. The insurer must meet you at some place and time reasonably convenient to you.


Section 167C of the New York State Law states YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to have your vehicle repaired in the registered shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot direct you otherwise.
