I bought this STETT CAI from him $275 on 6/12/14, he them provide me with a bogus tracking#. He told me he did not ship it cause he had a emergency. So I suggest to have someone ship it for him. I try to resolved this, then I realized today 6/18/14 still no tracking # or respond. I them open a claim with PayPal. Now he is threating to take 25% of restocking fee and send me $175.
