HU from LCI car with BT, USB and DAB connections.




Its all OEM solution and better than after market kits.
Since the HU reads the audio files directly from the source, therefore sound quality is way better than standard HU.

This is from UK car therefore you do not require changing languages and other things.....

You can always sell your HU to compensate your funds toward this.

Benefits of buying this headunit;
1- LCI chimes
2- Listen to your music through USB (HU uses its DAC, so better sound quality).
3- Listen to your music though ipod / iphone / bmw y cable
4- TCU/MULF units are no longer needed and if you have one, you can sell it.
5- It has built in DAB tuner so no external DAB units, no expensive retrofit kits.

These HUs are rare to find.
Looking for £400 + delivery charges.
(P.S: I have seen this headunit going for £450. I have also coded a car with this headunit + usb + dab to hi-fi and owner paid £1000 to get all in).

This Headunit had all sorts of things enabled, so it may work without coding.
However for optimal settings, it is best to get it coded to work in your car.
Best part is that one can have it with BT and mic initially and as budget allows, retrofit USB and DAB later.

Also do you know someone that could do the coding?

It depend on what you are planning to add.
If you are after bluetooth only, then MIC, mic housing, wires, clip, clip housing and two pins are required.

If you are after adding USB as well, then USB cable and USB + aux in socket is required. All parts numbers are given mentioned in the link posted above.

I can code your car for this.

Excellent price for a great piece of kit. I paid more than that to get one from german ebay and it didnt have DAB and needs coded to get rid of the German voice. GLWS

Hi,

Very interested in this. Few questions first. With this I can through obtaining the extra connections and cables have:

blutooth (needs mic etc)
usb (needs aux/usb armrest socket and cabling to hu)
voice control (does this just need coding as I do not have this at present?)
dab( does this just need a dab unit and with right cable/connector, plug and play?)

if so would you accept £350 on collection. I live in Upminster so am on essex/london border.

also if you could help with the coding (e91 lci) it would be much appreciated and i could subsidise or throw in a few pints and lunch?

Just coding and rest will be done by HU.

I am not sure about this TBH. DAB unit is actually for old CIC systems.
I have inquired about it and been told that DAB is built in. You will need to add DAB antenna and a wire. Its plug and play.
(so you save money on buying dab unit)

For the dab to work you will need the diversity antenna at a cost of £276 from the dealers as they are like gold dust.
Ive just bought one for my cic unit.

Sure, let me know if require any coding.

I see it this way....

Mobridge / Dension with BT cost you around £250-300 and fitting + coding another 100-150. So at the end, you spend around 350-450 and that is without voice commands. And at the end of the day it is still after market stuff. And no DAB.

This HU was one off, so for 525 (including additional parts) you are getting OEM solution with voice control and DAB. For antenna, no rush and buyer should keep hunting on fleabay till he gets one at a good price.

Another rare opportunity to invest into DAB and 6FL / usb enabled HU with built in bluetooth. I have another HU available for sale. Price is £400 collected.

For E90 / E92 OEM Dab antenna, please contact Leemans 330d.
For E91 / E93 you may wish to consider after market antenna which goes onto your windscreen, or one which can be hidden under rear A pillar.

PS: HU face has one minor scratch at the bottom. However £400 is extremely good price for these HUs.
