Hi Cobb... Issue with ATR

There's a couple in my opinion, but I think this one is very important.

The P-factor table only has decimal places to a tenth, but the original (or OTS map) values are lower and round to 0. And we cannot copy these values, or know what they are. The p-factor table values need to be expanded to include 0.01 and preferably 0.001 for better control and copy/paste to work properly.

If my complaint is not warranted, please explain. Thanks
