Selling excellent condition 2007 E92 BMW 335i RARE White Exterior with Red Leather interior with an aluminum finishing. This car was purchased straight from BMW as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a 6 year 100,000k mile warranty that is still vaild until 03/2013. The car currently has 56,300k miles and has been absoultely babied with the majority of driving being done on the highway. The car is a 6 speed transmission with the IDrive Navigation system, Logic 7 Audio system with 11 speakers and two 7" subs built into back seat and sun roof. The car does come with some aftermarket additions however nothing is unable to be reverted back to stock and most stock items will be included with purchase. The following is a list of all modifications:

-Juicebox 4 Plug and Play Tune with USB cord built in (Can be removed)
-BMS Dual Cone Intake (Original intake is aviliable)
-8000K Xenon Bulb Upgrade (Do not have original bulbs)
-Bimmian Black Front Grill (Do not have original chrome grill)
-Lightly Smoked Tint Film over Back Lights & Fog Lights (Can be peeled off)
-20% Tint on front windows, 5% tint on rear windows
-Sonic Tuning Interior HID Kit (Trunk, Footwell, Door sill, Map Lights, Dome Lights and Vanity Lights all bright white xenon lighting!) (Do not have original bulbs)
-Linea Corse LC818 19inch Gun Metal Rims (STOCK RIMS WILL COME WITH PURCHASE OF CAR HOWEVER ONE OF THE RIMS IS SLIGHTLY CRACKED AND MUST BE FIXED...Price quote of $100)
-Carbon Fiber BMW Emblems (Original emblems included)
-Smoked Side Reflectors (1 is missing, do not have original. The smoked reflector can be ordered for $25 or the original pair for $70, this is worked into price)

As stated this car however is in excellent condition with only 1 slight crack in paint on rear bumper which can be easily fixed. Interior is absoultely spotless, maintained regulary and washed minimum of twice per week (SMOKE FREE CAR). Oil changes have been done consistently and car has been recently serviced by BMW replacing all brake pads and fluids. I wouldn't feel comfortable buying a car with a mismatched wheel. I'd get that cracked wheel repaired if I were you OP. Especially if it's only $150.

when I find a buyer who is interested in the car and requests the wheel be fixed prior to purchasing it and leaves a deposit I have no issue doing it then

+1 to the sports package comment and the fixing the rim part.
If it's only 100 bucks to fix it, might as well just do that yourself and not have to list it with a cracked rim.
