Hope you are all doing well,

I have just moved from being a porsche owner to BMW. I bought a second hand 2008 e92 335i space gray with 34k milage for 32k$. the car still under warranty and have 1.5 year ahead, hope it is a good deal.
the car is in a great condition like new, I love it.

I've been looking around and found this amazing forum which is one of the reason pulled me into BMW world.

currently I tried to hook up my iPhone 4s to the system and it worked, however, I cant stream music over bluetooth.

what i would ask for, since you guys are the experts, which generation do I have in my car? It has an AUX jack but no USB port.

what do I need to hook up my iPhone wirelessly?
what do I need to hook up my iPod with cable?

If your car was built before September 2008 then you have the old CCC Navigation system. You would have to retrofit the latest CIC Navigation and add the Combox to get new features.

Would this work for me my production date is 10/07. but i have a 2008 with nav screen and cd and dvd slot?

You need to retrofit the CIC Navigation and then we can add the Combox and the 6NR ConnectedDrive.
