Question Intermediate Oil Change

Having read the guide below & having changed oil on loads of cars in my time I'm thinking of doing an intermediate oil change on the 325 as I do a lot of short journeys.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44590

Anyone got any recomendations on mileages etc & whether it's worth doing or should I stick to the interval on the display. Cars done 4K so it's not a huge mileage yet. Was thinking it may be of benefit to put fresh oil in to get rid of anything from the "run in".

All comments appreciated.

It's not neccessary, although if you really want to do it, there's no harm either
