Thanks, MB

Purchased from Germany from a LHD vehicle. and both mirrors are identical (no magnification) so can be used on both RHD & LHD but thanks for your input (mirrors glasses are cheap anyhow)

Are the covers the OEM BMW Performance CF covers or reps?

Funny though that the glass is not aspheric, which is normal for Euro cars I'm gonna guess that your mirrors are non-auto dim, as that is what you have installed, & the connectors are different between the two. Non-auto uses (2) small spade connectors on wiring harness for the heating elements only, while the auto-dim glass has a special connector that incorporates heat & auto dim circuits. One won't connect to the other unless you have cut off the connector and replaced. These are the basic/base, matte black housing version with no options other than heat - which BTW, one side is on indefintite backorder @ BMW, with no details if it will ever be available. For that reason, when I just recently ordered my M3 mirrors I went with gloss black. So if you need matte black mirrors these are for you - you can still get matte in the more expensive/optioned mirrors, but cost would be higher... Cheapest I found these mirrors new is from Tischer @ $785 (with promo discount & free shipping) for the pair including blue glass. That price does not include covers - I picked up a set of the Performance CF covers for another $500 from STBMW
