I don't know one person who would drive un-insured. I think with these
type of people is just as much there attitude and skill
behind the wheel as much as driving un-insured. That's just
the added stab in the back when they finally hit someone.

What makes anyone think he will stop driving or law breakin if you shop him? Already been caught and continues doing what he's doin, this sort are a law to themselves im sorry to say and everyone else either pays their way or picks up the pieces of what they have just broken.

If knowing he will loose his job wont change him then he doesnt value anything or anyone

indeed. The guy that hit my parents car (a shocking crash which closed the A4) was 19 and flaunting the law.. seen to be showing off to a girl in a Golf GTI moments earlier. He doesn't care about consquences. Wasted 4yrs with "not guilty" for death my dangerous driving, then last minute change to guilty.

Got a 9 month setence (served only 4.5 months) in Feltham Youth offenders! And banned from driving for 3yrs.. who the hell will impose that! his broken arm and leg healed.. meanwhile my mother had and still has several psycological scars (as do me and my sister); my mother has metal plates in her, and several healed and partially tissue and bones causing all manner of aches and pains; she was followed by insurance assessors for 6 months who would call the house and follow us (we felt threatened and the police had to tap our calls and monitor for our safety!).

This chap, in a instant of arrogance and drove recklessly... but he did do by breaking several laws and premeditating (in my eyes) that he was above the law to do what he wants. The car he drove and crashed, had papers in it for credit card fraud (that his uncle was commiting).

He is probably on benefits and doing ok. Did we get anything positive to help us, to resettle us? No.. and why, because my mum did her damn hardest to work again and get us through school.

So people like this who think its cool to commit fraud which truely affects several peoples lives very directly should definately face justice! (the law gives none).

Incidently also remember a colleague of my mother's who called the police on her brother in law for driving whilst banned and he was put in prison for it then. Good on her!
(Sorry I went on a rant)

You said what pretty much every hard working individual thinks on a daily basis.

The harder you work the harder you get fucked. Those who choose to go out and do an honest days work get bent over for taxes at every turn (income tax, council tax, national insurance, VED, fuel tax, booze, cigs, VAT, IPT, inheritence and god knows how many others). And what do you get in return? Substandard services and fuck all justice when you're a victim of crime.

People who choose not to work or criminals that flaunt the law get everything on a plate and it's mugs like us picking up the tab.

Not yet !. It has come to my attention he has RFT 30/9/10 about to expire along with him MOT ,he was telling us that a local garage was doing MOT for free .one lad said there isnt such thing as free anyway as per it ended in a huge row as he is such a twat, The other guy was saying they will find loads off bits and make there money there anyway .

I will wait till 15 Oct and go for all 3 no ins/mot/tax .

I think by listening to him he thinks he's insured because he has a cover note despite the bank not paying his direct debit due to insufficient funds .I think he knows that he isn't because he will have been contacted and told pay up or fuck off!

When he gets nicked it will be the usual bollocks and all lloyds banks fault for not paying the DD, it wont be his for not leaving the account in credit .He wont tax or mot the car as he will think it can wait as he had to pay the bailiffs for council tax arrears from 06/07.That wont be his fault either.

He was trying to borrow money for fuel ,I said park it up and walk you lazy git .honest i could go on and on ahhhhhhhhh

He has a appointment with the baillifs today they are removing £350 from his wallet as its payday.

wont be long

Can't go uninsured drivers, even less drink drivers never mind the two rolled into one nasty little anti-social package.

My last car was damaged by an uninsured driver a few years ago. At the scene the driver swore blind that he would accept blame (it was 100% his fault btw) and that I had nothing to worry about.

Only the old dodger didn't have insurance! He didn't respond to any contact from my insurance, apparently they even put a PI on him but he just closed his door in the PI's face etc.

Anyway it took over a year to get it sorted out.

IMO no insurance = no rights to any "honour amongst thieves" bs. If that same old dodger (totally useless driver btw) who damaged my car ran over some-ones child where would that family stand?

Your mate wouldn't get allowed on the bus without paying, he shouldn't be on the road without all the necessary bits n bobs either.

Just read this post in somewhat of a gob open position. SHOP THE TWAT NOW. Who the feck does he think he is acting like that and thinking it's funny? Anyone with that attitude in my place would be fired immediately, and hopefully by me.

I find it abhorent, and the damage these kind of people do throughout society is huge. He needs a dose of her majesty's and to learn what a bar of soap in the shower is, the unpleasant way.

God knows I've not had a drink tonight - normally with a drink my rant on this would have got me banned.

Please Scooba, for all of us, shop him at the first opportunity. Selfish bastards like this need to be removed from the system - although it sounds as if they way he's going he may end up with concrete booties in the Thames anyway.
