Well, in vegas you have smog your car after the 2nd year of owning it, plain and simple folks.
Dinan is the Saleen of BMW. It has a name but it is rather conservative in its tuning. It works for some and not for others. I am a little surprised by the amount of people that think certain things for BMWs are expensive when they own a $50,000 car.

cost benefit...
Two points:
1) 335i is the best performance bang for the buck in BMW land right now... I bought a 335i with 27k miles for under $30k from a BMW dealer. That leaves me a lot of extra $$$ to spend before I get anywhere near the cost of a new M3, and is even less than a simaler mileage E46 M3. 2) People should stop hating on Dinan. Many people would rather have a marginally more reliable car that runs low to mid 13's than a car that they have to worry about that runs high 12's. If you don't drag race, dinan tunes are fine. If you do, buy a 5.0 mustang, supercharge it, and run in the 10s. |
