I think your wanted price may be a bit optimistic.

I recently bought a '10' plate 318d M Sport from a dealer with similar mileage / spec for £1500 less than you're asking.

Thanks. The difference could be attributed to the engine? Anyways my dad went with 12k due to the 3 year warranty really and looking at similar cars on autotrader. He is open to offers of course

A quick look at autotrader seems to indicate that you are over priced at 12k. The warranty isn't really worth a lot as it is not a BMW warranty.

The NAV is a good option, but it seems a bit steep asking 1.5-2k extra for it!

I know its not a BMW warranty fair enough, but i don't see many other cars on there with a 3 year warranty with the same plate? It must add something surely?

But thanks i'll discuss it with pops and maybe lower it to £11k then.

Those 3 year warranties go for £300 or so though. They aren't worth a lot and anyone can buy one for any car.
