Iphone question/idea
Does anyone know if it is possible to share a calendar entry on an iphone. i.e I put a new entry in my iphone calendar and then to send it to my Mrs’s so she knows what I am doing, she excepts it and it goes straight in to her iphone calendar, in the same sort of way you would do it with outlook.
I am pretty sure you can’t as I have been trying to do for a while, surly Stevie Jobs is missing a trick here |

I'm aware of this but its not quite what I mean. I would like to send a calendar entry in the same way you can share contacts.

Not directly. You need to sync.
Obviously with sync it is seamless, immediate, and for all calendar entries in your shared calendar. Therefore it might be a bad idea if you are likely to put "Tell wife working late, actually meeting mistress" into the calendar or anything similar you might not want her to know about

At this point it's not possible.
What you may want to do is just send an email as a time and date, and they will be able to add it to their calendars. or just go to: http://www.apple.com/feedback/ and request it. I've had over 30 features that I've requested in the past (be persistent), and at least 20 of them have become reality |
