Wow things are getting interested, I saw this coming sooner or later from the 1.5 years I've been in California.

Very interesting this is popping up. I had purchased a set Brembo brakes from Creaminz for my car about 2 years ago. LTMW painted them a custom yellow, I requested, and wouldn't ya know FedEx "lost" them. Took nearly 3 months to get my money back but thankfully, I did. This really puts the FedEx lost them to question.

Got my m3 front bumper from LTMW almost 2 years ago. They have their own paint booth and it was painted single stage. Wtf?! It chipped right in the middle the size of a nickel in about 3 months. Sadly that was the first time and last time I've been back.

Personally I bought a complete pre-LCI E90 mtech front bumper with their studie lip, painted and shipped to me back in 2008-2009ish (don't remember the exact time), and the whole transaction was smooth and the paint was spot on. I feel bad that LTMW's rep went down the drain like this, what happened to the OG LTBMW crews??? I am still very stunned on how bad Darren's car was put together when all the videos and pictures I saw were jaw dropping sexy.

I've been to LTMW 5 times for various things to get installed. The reason I went in the first place was because of the "glowing" reviews here on e90post. First time went fine. Second time was the rim/tire install. Third for springs. Fourth for shocks/struts. Fifth.... The workers seem like a bunch of kids. The only time they hustle probably is when they have work for a car show or SEMA. "Simple" installs would take hours and when they were short staffed, Long was busy watching a football game and talking about golf. They did a shitty job on a simple install and damaged my brand new rims when they did the mount and install. Luckily the shocks/structs/springs install went fine. Another time, Long tried to overcharge me for an install. I had to show him his own website for him to believe me. I've heard other customers talk about the shitty quality of their 1M bumper, M3 conversion, and rim repairs, which Son Tran had to fix. I just don't understand why there are so many "sheep" on e90post. These "sheep" actually screwed over many e90posters by not saying anything. I think most/all on e90post work hard for their money and they should be treated professionally. Not by a group of tools *not all but most* at LTMW. I think after Melissa left or was let go, it just got worse because she would actually keep them in check. For simple installs, maybe LTMW would be an option. But for any major builds, you'd be just plain dumb to do it at LTMW.
