saw other forum member that has a galaxy tab in dash. I had the idea many years ago but now is real
UPDATE WITH PHOTOS OF THE FINAL PROYECT I choose galaxy tab 7.7 because have de perfect size for e90 dash the first thing i made were found a new locate for the clima here finised I removed the busines radio and made a dm bastidor for tablet trim and here after fiberglas and paint p.d sorry for my english in a few days I will post final proyect photos Last edited by dreme; 11-13-2012 at 01:52 PM.. |

I'm debating on a carpc as well (either tablet or laptop). Nice bezel you've created, I created one for my old Lexus es300 out of wood and got on the front page of mp3car.com many years ago.

So you're relocating the AC cluster to the ashtray infront of the shift lever and putting the pad in the space created? very creative idea.

Love the idea! I will follow this.
I just currently stick my iPad in between the lower console and climate control. It fits perfectly. Fits snugly with my iPad case and looks the part. I do not need to access the double din cd drives or heated seats. |
