APC Warranty?

Has anybody had any experience with Automotive Product Consultants warranty coverage? How Does it compare to BMW's extended warranty. A local BMW dealership which is owned by AutoNation Inc is offering this 3rd party warranty. up to 125,000 miles along with a 0% payment plan and a choice of deductibles. Reading the letter I got doesn't seem like a bad plan, to where I can spread the cost of the warranty over a few months along with maybe making it cheaper with a higher deductible. The only real thing I'm concerned with is the engine, example being turbos, since I have a friend who's turbos blew out on the hwy just a week ago. (under warranty for her). Im at 48k miles and 5 months left til my warranty expires. Can anyone chime in?
Thanks!

I have same question since i also got same letter. And the letter says this exclusive offer will be ended by tomorrow (4/5). I am going to call them.

Did you contact the APC already?

Edit: my car's warranty will be expired by Thanksgiving this year, and the mileage is only 22K.

pass on that, I've found the BMW warranty is much better plus cheaper! The only thing I'm worried about is the engine, and i was offered 7yr/ 100k miles powertrain+ for $1950
