Does anyone know if you can use an iPhone 4 and case with a Snap-on Adapter? I have BMW Apps and want to use the iPod out feature but from what I read so far you can only use the iPod out feature with the Snap-on Adapter. The problem is my case is hard to take off and I don't want to remove the case every time I want to insert the phone in the Snap-on Adapter.

Unfortunately NO.
The snap in adapter can only receive a "bare" iPhone.

Thanks for the fast response. Is there a special USB cable you can get to use the iPod out feature or is it true you can only get iPod out with Snap-On adapter?

Only with the adapter (aka cradle). You could buy a female to male adapter cable to use with the cradle, then plug that into your iphone with case.
