Should I also replace my struts?

I've got 09 e92 335i XDrive with 34k miles. I live in the city so I don't drive too fast or take hard turns regularly However, I am very tired of the OEM ride over the pot holes and am about to pull the trigger on this: http://www.dinancars.com/shop/D190-9...tem-335xi.aspx

The consensus on this forum is that the dinan kit IMPROVES THE RIDE while lowering the car AND improving the handling, of course. This is exactly what I needed 2 yrs ago. Now, I'm thinking, if I should go ahead and replace my strut as well - note the stage 1 kit reuses the OEM struts - since I've got 34k miles and struts tend to go around 50-60k miles.

What do you guys think? Any first-hand experience on when your OEM struts went?
