Ha...I love it. I added my "LIKE" and crossing my fingers for a discount on a Supercharger system!!!!!

Good for you Gavin. If things go smoothly, you should be able to pick up the 12 or so people that were ready and willing to purchase an ESS kit...

3 psi equates to about how much of a power increase Gavin?

a 8 psi base kit with a mild tune that gives 328i owners 300 RWHP would be awesome.

That's cool... when's the next test? how much do you hope to reliably bump it to?

Should be back in the car in the next week or so, then we are going to strap it to a dyno and watch and tune very closely. I don't want an aggressive tune out of it, just something to manage perfectly for people on both coasts and provide safe reliable power. I am realistically looking at 290-310whp for my magic number. 270wtq would be very nice too. But more info will be available in the coming weeks as we get in to the tuning and final testing.

I will be doing some road tests as well before we release anything, We will be taking it through the desert to Vegas and back up the mountains. I would rather test it too much then not enough

This really is good news.
I was just on your website and didn't see any information regarding the system you're developing. Is this based on a roots type blower or centrifugal? I'm hoping there will be provisions for intercooling, so would really love to see something based on a Vortech or Rotrex style compressor. Will the 'tune' be plug-n-play, or are there options to create custom maps?

Is more detailed information available for us to start looking over, either on this forum or elsewhere?

Thanks!

Very cool man! Been following it this whole time, just not sure if I will have that kind of money to buy one.

You think this might open the gates for a Stage 2 ever in the future, or is it just simply not feasible to ever do anything more complex? Not trying to get greedy or anything, was just wondering!

Excited to hear about this! Can't afford it now but can only hope for 25% off down the line Keep up the good work and take your sweet time please! Would rather have a well developed product than an unreliable product that voids the warranty.

This will void any kind of warranty 3rd party or BMW if the warranty company can prove that the mod is what caused the part in question that is to be warrantied failed. Or are you talking about the MMW S/C warranty?

undoubtedly this will void any engine related warranty. If most (if not all) dealers have problems with a JB3/4, this is definitely a whole step up.

I worded that wrong. I mean that if I'm going to void my warranty either way, I'd rather have a well designed and tested product than one that was rushed to market that could have problems and cause car damage. Which I trust Gavin would do no matter how many people posted that they wanted it now so perhaps a rather moot post.
