I travel quite a bit from Manc to Leeds on the dreaded M62 - anybody suggest some more scenic routes now the sun is out

Does the sun actually shine in Manchester?

Hmm.. tricky one.. only thing i'd suggest is continually running the title sequence for Heartbeat/Emmerdale on your inbuilt TV ??

Get a new job ;-)

You could try Stalybridge / A635 Mossley / Holmfirth / Denby Dale, that's a good run over the hills, but again you'll need an early start, and that brings you over the to the M1 south of Leeds.

Dont give up your day jobs guys

Dont drive over there that much, but sometimes may be worth the early start to enjoy the empty twisties!

I thought there was new EU legistlation to ban women from wearing bra's when the temperature was above 15 degrees (to avoid embrasment) to allow them to feel cooler

If not I guess a button will have to do

Today it seemed like Old Man Winter wanted to do an encore. And I just put Cyd's dancin' shoes on yesterday.
