BMW X5 Wheels on E90 2007 335i ZSP?

Hi,
I am wondering if the 18 inch wheels from one of the following vehicles will fit on a 2007 335i ZSP sedan without the use of spacers? Are any hub centric rings required?

My Vehicle (2007 BMW 335i Sedan with ZSP) has 18 inch wheels with the following specs
Front - 18x8 with 37 mm offset
Rear - 18x8.5 with 34 mm offset.

Donor Vehicle 1
2001 BMW X5 3.0 with 18 inch wheels.
Wheel Info - 18x8 with 40 mm offset

Donor Vehicle 2
2002 BMW X5 4.4 with 18 inch wheels
Wheel Info - 18x8 with 40 mm offset.

Any info would be appreciated..
Thanks...

It looks like I will have 6 mm less clearance on the strut side if I use the X5 wheels.. Will I get any rub/problems using these wheels? Anyone?

Yup. I saw that. 72.6 is the same bore. The offset is 6 mm off from the 335i and I don't know about the wheel lug nuts diameter..

They'll work perfectly fine, you'll just need to proper diameter/width tire sizes.

Grr. Looks like the X5 wheels might be 18x8.5 instead of 8 and they might have a 48 mm offset.. oh well..

I was thinking 235/40/R18 for the tires or 225/40/R18.
So the following things to check are out of the way
1. Offset - Need to verify on the X5 offset.. Looks like i might SOL on this.. oh well..
2. Hub Dia - Seems to be ok
3. Bolt holes/lug nuts diameter?? Anything to check here?
