Will post pics by Wednesday. The 335 is great. We did a 400 mile road trip for the holidays in the past two days and got nothing but compliments on the color. WOW a BMW that is not silver, black or white and "this color is awesome". No exaggeration, it was interesting to hear from friends, relatives and strangers. Anyway it is going to storm here in S FLA tomorrow (Christmas) so I will get some pics posted this week. Time is of the essence because Sonora is gone in March! I am happy to have the only E90 335 Sonora in the US as far as I know so don't order one..This color is horrible!!

2006 325i Sonora
I picked this up last week for my wife. I think the color is very luxurious with the right wheels. The stock 156 wheels look very pedestrian, but the new ASA AR1s add a touch of class.

Ok that is the ugliest BMW I've ever seen. What was BMW thinking? A 1 series station wagon? The color doesn't look good on the 1 series IMO but the e90 looks awesome. We had a loaner that color but didn't like it though.

It is an extremely rare color and at least as difficult to photograph it properly. Almost impossible IMHO.
It looks very different under every kind of light. In cloudy weather it looks pretty awesome, but it can be ugly in sunlight Even so I am driving it currently in Switzerland and while I do not like it to 100% most people actually do to my surprise! It catches everybody's eyes As far as I know this color was only available for 1 or 1.5 years, because nobody wanted the have it It's a 2006 330i. I bought it from an 80 years old man who drove it only 20k miles in 7.5 years. I am considering changing the black leather dakota to "Oyster" to give it a more luxurious touch. |
