Is my trans slipping?

From a dead stop if i ease into it it feels like it is over reving? maybe trying to be extra smooth? is this normal

if i give it some decent speed it shifts quicker and less reving

not sure if that made any sense

Just bought it a few thousand miles ago
Has service records but no tranny fluid changes

Hmmmmm...no suggestions other than resetting the trans adaptations. Could do an ATF change.
