My e92 (finished product)

Hardwired V1 with custom bracket
Laser Interceptor Laser Jammer

Still thinking about suspension mods. I know most of you guys are going to tell me to drop it. I'd love the car to be a bit stiffer and sway less in the corners, but I'm moving to San Diego in a week (permanently) and the roads there suck. Lots of pot holes, dips, inclines, steep driveways, etc. I'm already paranoid about scraping my car with stock height and bending my 19's.

Other then suspension upgrades (which I am still on the fence about) any suggestions?

-A CSL trunk may be in the works.

-I've thought about blacking out the side marker and the clear portion of the taillights. I'm not a fan of all black taillights, but I think smoking the clear portion and maybe adding a single black stripe (AMG style) may look good.

-Any headlight upgrades available?

-I like the 19" Vossen. I think 20's look too big and 19's look to small, but I KNEW I'd bend 20's. With 19's, I'm hoping the extra tire protection keeps me out of the rim repair shop.

-Other then maybe a charge pipe, I'm done with mods. Meth? No way. Too much can go wrong. Exhaust? Maybe. If I got a screaming deal on a used exhaust system, I'd consider it, but I'm happy with my current sound (not too loud = not too much attention from 5-0).

- Not a fan of the 335is bumper. I like the 335i coupe solid rear bumper better.

Doesn't Vossen have like a warranty if you bend your rims? I've hit plenty of pot holes in LA just this last one (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=857613) hurt me real bad..come on dude! You got a long way to go before you can say you're finished!!!

But let me tell ya, after years of modding cars, I'm done going balls to the wall.

From here on out, I'm buying a nice stock car and adding a few easy mods to make it mine.

Maybe I'm getting old (29)?

My suggestions:

-Front Lip
-CSL Trunk
-Make the wheels darker to match the trim around the car.

I've got almost the same car and i'm thinking about getting that same bumper. How was the fit on it? I'd drop it just a bit. You aren't any more likely to bend a wheel with a lowered car and a couple scrapes on the bottom won't hurt anything. I'm thinking of just lowering mine in a bit and maybe getting some spacers to even out the gaps. Did you wrap the trim yourself?
