Muffler shop in northern suburbs

Hi guys,
I just got my car and have a few goodies to install. I need a good muffler shop to install my section 1&2 plus weld the mufflers and tips to make a section 3 in SS. Any recommendations in the northern Chicago burbs? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply Cuban! I didn't know they made custom SS exhaust fabrication. I just dropped off the M3 spoiler for paint there on Friday. Today, I heard some rubbing from my rear tires, so I'll have to make an appointment with them for some fender rolling. I plan on doing the clear markers too... Should we say frequent customer... BTW they have an AWESOME M3 sedan with custom individual green paint, CF roof (custom on the sedan), brembo BBK (custom painted to match car), dinan intake, NEEZ etc. There should be a photoshoot soon...

i went there once to get some piping done on my intercooler, pretty pricey. but i got the feeling that i was looked down upon since i wasnt asking them to rebuild some 600 hp motor. almost like it was a bother. which needless to say pissed me off. had i know another shop at the time i would of taken else where but i was refered there by the dinan rep. over at bmw westmont.

I hope I have better luck with them since my choices are limited. How was the quality of the work they did for you?

AMS in west chicago could do some pipe bending. Seems like they do quality work at a low price. But I can't speak first hand.

you can always try Eurocharged down in plainfield. I know its not close but maybe if you were interested in the tune you could get it all done at the same time. They're good guys down there.

I like A&L also but it sucks they don't do custom piping. I know P&L does custom pipes cuz they did my muffler delete pipes but I didn't like them much (other than Tony who's now at Eurocharged).

Fall Line Motorsports feedback

Let me start out by saying that the guys at fall-line motorsports were very nice to me - great customer service... This is where my compliments end... First off they charge $116/hr, so they quoted me $232 to roll my fenders. I said OK, do it, they know what they are doing and explained the chance of paint cracking, but they would heat the it up, so a minimal risk etc. I dropped off the car the day before, so they can have it for the whole day and called them in the morning. They said that my current setup does not rub on the fenders, but on the plastic lininig so no need to fender roll. "Where does the paint on the outside of my tires come from?" I asked, and requested to please roll them. The response was that they will double check. My wife gets a message at home that the car is ready. I called and was told that they can't roll the fenders due to improper liner fitting afterwards and they don't rub anyways. I was excited, but a little reserved, because I knew that the fenders are not right. As crazy as it may sound, I spotted a nice curb to drive the car up on one side and see where the rubbing is coming from. I backed up the car and I heard a squeek from the rear. The tire was rubbing on the posterior part of the fender, no question about it, I couldn't even get a piece of paper through there. I guess if you want things done right, you have to do them yourself! Rant ended...
Thanks for reading!
