Fitting new door cards and msport seats
Easy enough job? Is there anything I should be wary of regarding the doors ?
They are manual seats so no worries there, will it just be 4 bolts and occupancy sensor ? Cheers

I know on an Audi you shouldnt turn on the ignition while seats are unplugged or you get airbag errors, apart from maybe that, should be pretty straight forward

Whip the negative lead off the battery before doing anything because you will get a warning on the dash otherwise and thats a BMW visit.
Make sure you leave yur boot open after disconnecting just in case lol. |

Apparently so. Just leaving the ignition off isn't enough to stop the airbag disconnect warning, and it needs a trip to the dealer to reset that one.

Is there not a plastic cover that comes off the side at the bottom of the seat. Then there is a bolt that needs removing, then the belt is released.

Sherioushly shexy
Wouldn't do for me though, I'm a mucky pup. My E46 had light leather and I had to clean it weekly to keep my OCD in check.

Did you encounter any other problems with the installation?
I'm about to do this, well when I can find an interior that is, and any tips you picked up along the way would be greatly appreciated. |

Other than scratching the interior plastic, no. Was quite easy.
