After CPO, what are my warranty options in 3 years?

So I have a 2008 335i with about 11k miles, and it has the CPO warranty up to 100k or the end of 2014. Now, when it ends - what are my options? I know BMW won't extend it anymore, so which third party warranty is good for this car? I will likely only have around 60-70k miles at most by then.

I'd want a warranty that would cover all of the important parts of the car, basically almost like the CPO/BMW warranty does. Is this possible? What are your recommendations?

I'd like to know as well. My BMW extended warranty is expiring in a few months and am curious what options are available.

Create an additional bank/savings account, put the money the dealer might ask for extended service into there, and use the intervening time to research a good local indy shop to do your repairs.

Said the guy who has not had a hardtop convertible...

Love my car. Hell, I take it in once every two months just to get realigned because the top starts squeaking loudly when up. $3000 would last less than a year....
